Code of conduct & Values

All three case managers hold a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or Nursing.

We are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and/or Nursing and Midwifery Council.

We are all members of CMSUK and/or BABICM.

We work in accordance with the New Rehabilitation Code and The Serious Injuries Guide.

We provide thorough peer supervision and multi-professional support to each other as we believe this achieves a more rounded approach to case management and consequently improved outcomes for the client. Between us we offer 60 years of experience and expertise in needs assessment, rehabilitation and goal setting and we take pride in delivering a professional, bespoke and empathic service to our clients and their families.

We know the key to good Case Management is the need to be timely, efficient, and reliable and to work collaboratively with other professionals in order to deliver measurable, meaningful  outcomes for our clients.

Our values and philosophy of approach

We are proud to offer a truly personal and client-centred service. Professional development and supervision are at the core of our approach to case management. We believe that peer feedback and a multi-professional perspective in all cases enhances the quality and process of case management and achieves the best outcomes for clients.  Our peer supervision structure ensures a seamless service as our supervisors gain an in-depth knowledge of each case, enabling informed cover when required and an alternative contact point for the client and their families. At Three we understand that in times of great stress having one point of contact to help and support our clients and their families to find the best outcome for them is invaluable. We stand by this ethos and work hard to make it happen.

We offer our clients clear, responsive communication and ensure that they are at the centre of all our goal setting and outcome measurements.
