Three Case Management was founded in 2016 by Kaaren Wallace, Viv Cooper and Sophie Greengrass. Between us we have over 60 years of professional expertise in health management and rehabilitation. Our founding aim is to provide a thoroughly reliable and highly personal service in which we offer a multi-professional perspective to every case. We believe that this approach delivers exceptional results for the client and provides the reassurance that is so crucial when faced with life changing choices.

An Occupational Therapist since 1996. During my time in practice I gained a high level of clinical skill in the rehabilitation of adults with complex needs. I spent time across acute, rehabilitative and community settings. A qualified nurse with 22 years experience. I have extensive experience of caring for individuals with complex physical, psychological and social needs across the full range of care settings, from in-patient rehabilitation through to community care in the clients own home.
